Doesn't scare squirrels

Bought this to help with ground squirrels that are burrowing along our house foundation, they completely ignored it and just keep digging. It did however work in my garden boxes to keep the rabbits away from my tender veggies and my dog doesn't like it either so she stopped hunting inside my veggies boxes. Can't say on Moles, that isn't my problem
