    Why was the chemical makeup changed from the previous product of the same name by this company? It used to have Resmethrin in it.

    Bonide Mosquito Beater Flying Insect Fog is highly toxic to aquative invertebrates so cannot be used within 25 feet of water.  Spray only during calm weather and follow other restrictions listed on the product label.

    Mosquito Beater Flying Insect Fog will continue to control mosquitoes for up to 2 days when used as directed.
