    Doesn't work

    I bought this item with understanding that they would work outside but apparently they don't. I think your description mentioned the word garden, a key word for me. However they have no affect on the chipmunks that I am having a problem with. Maybe they work in doors which I feel should have been specified in the description, unless I overlooked it.
