Keep in mind that since there are many activities, it is going to be extremely stressful on your lawn. If your lawn is already stressed, it would be best to apply them separately.
Bonide Sedge Ender Concentrate is only labeled to be used in lawns, not in landscaped areas or over desirable plants as you could damage the flowers and shrubs. You can use a product like Sedgehammer in landscaped areas, but be sure not to spray the flowers or as an over-the-top product as it can injure them.

Bonide Sedge Ender Concentrate is labeled for St. Augustine in general with no exclusions so it should also be safe for Floratam. But you could also test a small area prior to broadcasting to the whole lawn
