Bora-Care and brown ants

I have some old but still liquid Bora-Care left over. I have a reoccurring ant hills in dirt at the foundation of my home. If I spray the ant hills, will it be effective on killing the ants?

Answer:

Bora-Care should only be used to prevent carpenter ants applied to wood directly as it is a wood preservative. It cannot be used to treat mounds in the yard.  Please take a few moments to review our article on How to Get Rid of Ants for a successful eradication program.
