A termite inspection in the basement revealed several floor joist above, had signs of termites. I spent a day in the fall last year moving things out of the way, then spraying all the floor joist on that side of the basement. So far this year, have had no sign of termites. I like the fact that any wood treated will be good for the life of the wood. This year I will be trenching the outside and treating with Termador SC

Mixes well in warm water. Haven't tried spraying yet - I'm using a paintbrush and turkey baster (for down angled drilled holes) in a limited area. Mixed only the amount needed (in the correct ratio) as I go, and store in a glass jar for short periods (less than the 30 day suggested limit) between applications. I assume the unmixed solution has a longer storage time - since there is no expiration date on the container.

If you have an active infestation Termidor SC can take too long to work. Pair it with this Bora-Care and you have the 1-2 punch that you need for short and long term care.
