To remove the actual stains from mold and fungus, NO ANSWER REGARDING ROT, none at all.
Yes, Bora-Care with MoldCare will treat the same types of rot that Timbor and the standard Bora-Care will cover. It just has the added benefit of treating and preventing mold and you are correct that Timbor will not kill or prevent mold.
