We have been using it for years and cannot fault it. Add the die to it to make sure you get complete coverage.

I won't know for a long time how well the product itself works, but it was recommended to me from personal sources as well as a renovation blog I follow and trust, so I'm assuming it's good. My review therefore centers on the customer service I got. For a variety of reasons (including a mistake I made initially mixing up the street number), there were problems getting my orders delivered. I wrote to the company and was surprised to get a real person (or extraordinarily good bot! Lol) who really took ownership of the problem and followed through all the way until the problems were resolved. I was very grateful for that.

two in one. kills fungi and mold same mixture. effective I think and I live in a flood area. Last flooding, August 2017. Intend to reorder.

I'm not sure exactly how to rate this product based on performance because it was used purely as a preventative. However, it was very easy to use and pleasant-smelling. I was comfortable with the Boracare component, as it was specified on one of our construction projects.
