Dust is the best formulation for german roaches. All you need for control. Non-repellent and roaches won't build up resistance. Dust the area out really good and take a paint brush and brush excess into cracks. Safe for pets and children too.

I mixed this 1:1 with EcoEXEMPT D Dust in the bulb duster. Dusted the carpet and mattress. Left the dust on every thing for 2 weeks and did not vacuum. Also sprayed carpet and mattress with Precor 2000 Plus the next day. This took care of the flea infestation. The owners of the apartment had hired a professional company to spray 3 different times and could not fully get rid of the fleas.

Boric acid powder is the best roach elimination/preventative method out there! I prefer Boractin over the less expensive boric acid powders (Dollar Tree for example) because it is much finer and easier to "dust." It doesn't clump up due to moisture in the air. I had a temporary refrigerator delivered to my rental unit while a new one was being ordered. Unbeknownst to me, there was a roach nest in the back, where the electrical parts and motor are. I had a roach infestation within 3 weeks--it was like a horror movie! I initially sprayed (knock-down method) to kill as many as possible, then attached the IGR discs (Insect Growth Regulator) in cabinets. After that was done, I used Boractin with a bulb duster. I put a very thin layer in all cabinets, on very top of cabinets near ceiling, under fridge, stove. I bulb dusted in kick plates under cabinets and electrical outlets. I dusted counters and floors each night before going to bed. I also drilled holes about 18" apart in the walls (in kitchen) over the cabinets and dusted inside walls. I saw an immediate reduction within 3 days and complete elimination within one week. I made our apartment as uninhabitable to roaches as possible. I felt sorry for the people next to me as I'm assuming that's were a majority of them fled to while they were dying from the Boractin. I have since moved and still use Boractin as a preventative measure. I lightly dust cabinets, under fridge and stove, and on top of cabinets. I redo this about every 10 months. Have not seen a roach or ant, and I live in swampy South Florida!

I followed the directions and label, I carefully put the dust in a pest hangout area in a section of my livingroom. It seemed to work just great in that area. It has yet to get the rest of pest I get around the kitchen area. I still see a few from time to time. Not sure how long it takes but the first spot worked almost overnight.

I combined this BorActin with the CimeXa in one of the small dusters they have on here and I have not seen a roach since. We also use the gel baits and that really works well. But for a major infestation - I would recommend the gel and do every where - pull out your drawers and turn them over and do underneath and at the back of where the drawer slides in, underneath your sink - everywhere you see a roach - put some gel there. Then dust all around your house and underneath it if you can.

Worked for flea treatment

I purchased this in conjunction with a couple other items to treat fleas. I have not had issues with fleas since then. I like that it is supposedly good for a range of insects, however, I still see other pests from time to time. Even so, this is a great product for flea treatment! 10/10 I recommend and would purchase again. Keep in mind this was more cost effective to purchase based on how much space this could treat with 1 bottle, compared to a competitor product that had less per bottle and covered significantly less area.

Great company as always. Living in NY, we don't get a lot of bugs, but in the summer we do get the occasional waterbugs and silverfish. I brought this with D-Force and the next few days, I did see few dead silverfish in my apt. Not sure if it was this or the D-Force that killed them. My only gripe is that I wished it was a plain white color instead of blue

We got a lots of rain this year. We were invaded by cockroaches. We hate cockroaches more than carjackers. Used a puffer and spray this stuff around the outside of the house including drain holes. After about a week, most of the roaches were gone. It's been about three weeks, we haven't even seen one.
