I bought this product, and it was supposed to rain the next day. It has not rained for 5 days.

Should I wait or is it ok to mow?

Scotts Turf Builder Weed and Feed 3 states not to water for 24 hours. This product does not require rain to be activated the same way that a pre-emergent does. Yes, you can cut your lawn 2-3 days after an application of this product or any product.
