Can I aerate and apply Ferti-Lome Centipede Weed and Feed 15-0-15?

I live in Blythewood, SC, and the temps just started being in the 70's -mid 80's in May. I haven't aerated in about 5 years, but I would like to aerate for drainage and to make sure I get a thicker grass in some of my thin spots of the lawn. Would this be ok?
