Can I apply Demand CS to the carpet that is damp from carpet shampoo?

I cleaned the carpet will a rented carpet shampooer. The carpet is not fully dry. Can I apply Demand CS to a damp carpet?

Answer:

Demand CS Insecticide is only intended to be applied to the perimeter of the room such as baseboards/edges of the carpet, not broadcasted. But we would recommend letting the carpet dry before applying any products
