Ferti-Lome Broadleaf Weed Control with Gallery is a pre-emergent that takes care of a variety of weeds. We are not familiar with Preen Crabgrass Preventer but if there are weeds on that label that are not covered by Ferti-Lome Broadleaf Weed Control with Gallery, there would be no issue in them being used at the same time.
