Can I apply Miracle-Gro to my rose bushes if it is raining a steady rain?

Light to moderate rain is perfectly fine before or after an application of Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food. If heavy rain or storms are predicted, it is suggested to wait until the following morning once the rain has stopped to apply the product. Please be sure to review the product label for more information and complete application instructions.
