I have tried everything to rid my home of pet urine (dogs) smell within our tile grout. Once we open doors or windows or turn off a\c and humidity gets in the smell returns. Is this the best product to apply on grout? If not which would be? If so, is it applied as a drench, spot spray, etc? Also, I am sensitive to smells, does it have a smell any product with minimal smell would be best. Thank you
Bac-A-Zap Odor Eliminator is labeled for absorbing odors including urine, it does have a mild odor. The product is also available in a concentrate bottle which can be diluted for larger spaces. We would recommend cleaning the tile and grout first and then apply. It might take a few applications. The other issue is if the urine soaked through past the grout and got to areas under it, it could still come back, which would only be confirmed if the grout/tile is removed.
