There is no known resistance to Gentrol IGR or any other growth regulators. Keep in mind that while Gentrol is the only growth regulator that has been shown to actually work on bed bugs, it is not 100% guaranteed to work every single time in every situation. We do not generally recommend if for bed bugs but instead leave it up to the customer’s discretion on whether to use it or not.
