I live in Arizona, and I want to use Bifen XTS. It gets super hot here. Can it be used if sprayed in weather below 85, but expected to go above 85 at some point in the day? It reached temperatures of 111°F on some days. But if you spray early in the morning. But will the heat make it toxic or ineffective?
You could potentially use Bifen XTS in an area where it gets hotter during the day. We recommend that you avoid spraying any sensitive plants with oil-based products if you know it's going to be above about 90 degrees, unless you have first done a test for tolerance.
You would have better plant safety and residual with a product such as Scion Insecticide that is designed for excellent residual in harsh weather such as heat and sunlight.
