NOTE: The Bio Advanced All-In-One Lawn Weed and Crabgrass Killer has been discontinued and no longer available.  No, the Bayer Advanced All-In-One Lawn Weed and Crabgrass Killer specifically states on the product label to NOT apply to centipedegrass.  Image Nutsedge Killer for Lawns would be an alternative option for post emergent control of crabgrass, nutsedge, dollarweed, clover, ryegrass and many other broadleaf and grassy weeds. Please view the product label for more information.
