Can I blow Bifen I/T with a backpack blower if foliage is still wet?

Answer:

No, the foliage needs to be dry so the Bifen IT can stick to the foliage. You should plan on doing the application when there is no rain the forecast 24 hours before the applications and for 24 hours after the application.
