Can BORACARE with MOLD-CARE be applied over a coat of boiled linseed oil

I have a timberframe that I first treated with BORACARE to rid of the existing powder post beetles, then I applied boiled linseed oil, not knowing at the time that linseed oil acts as food for mold. Will BORACARE with MOLD-CARE be effective even after being applied post linseed oil?

Answer:

We have checked with Nisus and they have advised that while the BoraCare with Mold-Care will kill the mold on contact that is present it could be compromised from further protection due to the linseed oil.  The best thing to do would be to clean the wood and then apply the BoraCare with Mold-Care.
