Can I combine Safari with Ultra-Pure Oil Horticultural Insecticide, Miticide and Fungicide?

 If you are planning to mix Safari 20SG Systemic Insecticide with Dinotefuran  with  Ultra-Pure Oil Horticultural Insecticide, Miticide and Fungicide & Safari ; it would be best to use to Horticultural oil as a foliar application & safari as a drench.
