Can Cyper TC be used on corn to treat for Weevils?

Answer:

Cyper TC is not labeled for use on edibles such as fruit, vegetables, herbs, citrus, etc therefore should not be applied to corn or any other vegetable crop.  You could consider Malathion 57% as an alternative, which is labeled to target certain types of weevils, and can safely be applied to corn, and other listed crops, if used as directed.
