Yes, Cyper TC is labeled for Gypsy Moths (adults and caterpillars), but not their eggs. The females start laying their egg masses aroung July. Soon after laying the eggs, the female gypsy moths die. Their eggs, however, will hatch next spring if they are not found and destroyed. The Cyper TC can be sprayed along the overhang and will kill the adults and caterpillars as long as they come in contact with the residual of the product where it has been sprayed.
