Can Dominion 2L be used as a direct injection to stop elm bark beetles?

I have an infestation in a mature elm. I also have a NM Pesticide Applicator License.

Answer:

Dominion 2L Termiticide Concentrate is not labeled to be injected into the tree itself, only as a soil injection.  We would recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm if this product can be used in that application.  The trunk injection method is not used as often since most home owners do not have a tool to inject the trunk with and have the ability to do the soil drench.
