Fertilome Triple Action can be mixed with a water soluble fertilizer as long as neither product label prohibits doing so.  Keep in mind that the Triple Action is used as a foliar application and most fertilizers are generally soil/root applied, so in order to be able to tank mix these two types of products, you will want to try to find a fertilizer that is also labeled for a foliar application.
