Can Foursome Turf Pigment be used safely on newly germinated seedlings?

Foursome Turf Pigment is just a spray indicator/colorant, so it should not have any adverse effects on new seedlings. This product is generally used as a marking dye, so be sure you are not using it with herbicides that should not be used on the newly germinated seed.
