Can Garden Tech Daconil Fungicide Concentrate be used on parsley?

Parsley plant has powdery blight on the leaves. Can I cut it back and use Daconil on the plant?

The label for Garden Tech Daconil Fungicide Concentrate does not specify that you can use it on parsley or any herbs. However, Fertilome Triple Action is labeled for powdery mildew on herbs.
