Can Grass Out Max (Clethodim Herbicide) be applied over the top of clover and chicory without injuring it?

Grass Out Max is only labeled for use on both clover and chicory however for treating clover plots, this product can only be used in the states of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.  Please view the product label for more information.
