Answer:

No, you would not use the Happy Jack Mange Medicine on the inside parts of your pets ears.  It is not intended for use in those sensative type areas on your pet.  You can use it on the outer parts of their ears and on the underside of their ears if they have larger ears, but not down in the inside of the ear canal.
