Hi-Yield Captan 50W Fungicide can be used both indoors and outdoors for listed diseases. If you are treating for fungus gnats then you want to use an insecticide instead. Bifen IT is safe on house plants on the foliage.  For fungus gnats you would be using as a soil drench to treat.  The other option is to allow the soil to dry out completely as this will kill any larvae in the soil.
