Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate is only labeled to be used on well-established warm-season lawns, turf-grasses, and selected ornamental plants, so we cannot say that it would be safe on moss ground cover.  We would recommend checking directly with the manufacturer to verify whether this would be an appropriate use.  You can reach Ambrands at (800) 265-0761.  Unfortunately, we are not aware of any products that we carry that could be used to treat weeds in moss.
