No, Tempo Ultra WSP Insecticide is labeled to be mixed with water. For indoor treatments, one packet needs to be disolved in at least 2.5 gallons of water. If you are wanting to use just a dust, we would recommend using Cimexa Dust. This can be used inside the wall voids. Cimexa Dust is a long term, slow-acting treatment for bed bugs. This will stop the pests from spreading from room to room.
