I have ants coming up from under the house.
Fogging would not be the best method to treat for ants that are foraging inside of the structure. Fogging will only kill insects that are present during the application without a continued kill. Treatment with baits in and around the property (trailing sites etc) and applying a residual product that will continue to be effective would be best for this colonized insect so that you will be able to target more than the amount of pests noticed.
