Answer:

According to the manufacturer's label, for best results use 2.5 fl. oz. (5 Tbs.) of Killzall Weed and Grass Killer - 41% Glyphosate per 1 gallon of water to treat approximately 300 sq. ft. of area.   For covering 3,000 sq. ft. of area, you would need 10 times 2.5 fl. oz., which would be 25 fl. oz.
