Can Maxforce Fly Spot Bait be applied around the dog kennel area?

In the summer, the area where the dogs go potty (we have eight dogs) gets a enormous amount of flies even with us cleaning up several times a day, Would it be safe to spray around the yard where the dogs hang out?
