Can I mix EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control with diesel or mineral oil for my thermal fogger?

Trying to find the best product to use in our thermal fogger. I spray a large private park with it. Have been using the Black Flag thermal fogging product but it's really getting expensive.

EcoVia MT Mosquito and Tick Control can be used in certain thermal fogging equipment and be mixed with mineral oil for thermal fogging as directed on the label.
