A foliar spray of Monterey Florel Brand Growth Regulator will increase lateral branching, prevent flower initiation and development, and inhibit internode elongation on a wide range of floricultural crops. These include, but are not limited to: Azalea, Begonia, Chrysanthemum, Fuchsia, Zonal and Ivy Geranium, Impatiens, English Ivy, Lantana, Petunia, Poinsettia, Verbena, and Vinca vine (Vinca major). While it does not list lavender on the label it does not exclude it either so might work on it as well.
