Can MSM Turf be used to kill Lespedeza in Centipede and St. Augustine lawns?

Answer:

Yes, Quali-Pro MSM Turf Herbicide is labeled to kill lespedeza and can be used in Centipede and St. Augustine Lawns at the rate of 0.25 oz to 1.0 oz per acre for weed control. Some chlorosis or stunting of the turfgrass may occur following application however should recover.  For Lespedeza, the product label recommends the rate of 0.33 to 0.5 oz per acre.
