Nufarm Weedar 64 is not specifically labeled to target poison ivy or poison oak however is labeled for lawns (except sensitive southern grasses like St. Augustine/Centipede) to treat for annual, biennial and perennial broadleaf weeds. Refer to page 14 of the Nufarm Weeder 64 product label for more information.  For Poison Ivy or Poison Oak, you may use a product such as Bonide Poison Ivy and Brush Killer BK-32 as long as you are following the instructions on the product label.
