OHP Chipco 26019 N/G Fungicide  is not labeled for residential lawns only in the following areas: Ornamentals in field or container nurseries, conifer nurseries, greenhouse, and in landscape settings. We would recommend using Clearys 3336F, Eagle 20EW and Azoxy 2SC for rotation in the lawn.  They will cure the fungal disease causing the mycelium, and you can use that same rotation for prevention by applying when conditions become favorable for disease development.
