Can Orthene 97 Spray Insecticide be used on bell pepper plants to kill green aphids? If so, what is the application rate?

Answer:

Orthene 97 Spray Insecticide cannot be used in vegetable gardens, around fruit trees, berry vines, etc.  Ferti-lome Triple Action would be the recommended option for aphids currently active on peppers and other listed vegetables. View the product label for more information.
