Martins Permethrin 10% would be mixed with water only and applied at the following rates and instructions on cattle: Dilute 8 ozs. in 50 gals. water 
Dilute 1 pt in 100 gals. water 
Dilute 1 qt. in 200 gals. water 
Dilute 2 ozs. in 1 gal. water 
Dilute 1 pt. in 8 gals. water  Spray to thoroughly cover entire animal. For lice or mites a second treatment is recommended 14-21 days later. Spray lactating dairy cows only after milking is completed. SPOT TREATMENT - LOW PRESSURE SPRAY Apply 1/2 oz. per ear or 2-4 oz. on face or 12-16 oz. along the backline. Permethrin SFR would be the alternate product that is labeled for mixing with diesel oil for backrubber4 fl. oz. to 10 gallons diesel oil or suitable mineral oil 0.125% AI Backrubber, self oiler.  Keep rubbing device charged. Results improved by daily forced use.
