Can Permethrin SFR 36.8? safely applied to interlocking luxury vinyl plank flooring to treat for fleas and flea eggs without damaging or dulling the finish?

Permethrin SFR 36.8% should not be applied to the vinyl plank flooring. This product is only labeled for broadcast applications to carpets, rugs, undersides of furniture, pet resting areas(bedding). For vinyl, hardwood, concrete, etc applications, apply only to cracks and crevices indoors.
