Can Prodiamine 65 WDG be sprayed directly over ornamental plants in landscape beds such as Juniper? I know it's tolerant

I want to spray right over top of Juniper

Answer:

Prodiamine 65 WDG is safe when used as directed around ornamental plantings.  It is only a pre-emergent, used to prevent weeds emerging.  It will not kill anything that is actively growing. It should not be applied over the top of newly planted ornamental plants but should be fine for established plants. Per the product label, should be safe around your junipers. Please refer to the product label for use rates and complete application instructions.
