Can Pylex Herbicide be applied as a broadcast spray in residential lawns?

It appears that maybe the label has been updated to allow broadcast spraying onto residential lawns? I see previously questions have been asked about broadcast spraying Pylex on residential lawns and you stated it is only labeled for spot spraying. The label states it is for both broadcast and spot spraying on residential lawns now?
