Can I return the products and get the refundment?

I bought 2 "DT1 - Neighborhood Cats Drop Trap" for my friend in Taiwan 2 weeks ago and planned to bring them to him when I go visit Taiwan this summer. But after realizing how expensive the price is to bring the oversize traps on the plane, he decided not to get them. I haven't use any of the traps and I don't need them. Can I return the products and get the refundment?
