Can Scotts Super Bloom Water Soluable Plant Food be applied with a hose end sprayer?

Answer:

Scotts Super Bloom Water Soluble Plant Food should be disolved in water in a watering can or jug and then applied to the soil at the base of the plant.  A hose end sprayer is not recommended.
