Can Southern AG Liquid Copper Fungicide be applied to Indian hawthorne in the flower bud stage?

Since Southern AG Liquid Copper Fungicide is not labeled for use on Indian Hawthorne, we would not recommend using it on these plants unless you test a few for tolerance first. Please let us know what disease you are targeting so that we may be able to recommend an appropriate product for your needs.
