Can Southern Ag Pyrethrin Concentrate be used to kill adult fleas and flea eggs on my hunting dog and in kennels areas?

Answer:

Southern Ag Pyrethrin Concentrate is labeled for use on dogs and on outdoor areas suchs as kennels and dog pens as directed. This product will kill adult fleas, but it does not affect the immature fleas or flea eggs. For treating outdoors or in animal pens, adding an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) such as Archer IGR is strongly recommended for better flea control and to stop immature fleas from maturing into adults.  Please view our Flea Treatment Guide for additional information.
