Yes, SpeedZone Lawn Weed Killer Concentrate can be used on Fescue, Ryegrass & Bermuda lawns. The mix rate is broken down per 1,000 sq ft into the following rates depending on the size tank you have.  1 gallon: 0.75 fl oz to 1.0 fl oz  2 gallon: 1.5 fl oz to 2.0 fl oz  3 gallon: 2.25 fl oz to 3.0 fl oz
